Partners in Expanding Health Quality and Access
Scaling what works so more people benefit.
Partners in Expanding Health Quality and Access (Partners) leads the global ExpandNet network in helping governments and organizations scale proven health and development solutions, reaching more people, more equitably and sustainably. A US-based 501(c)3, Partners champions a new way of working where scaling isn’t a buzzword – or an afterthought – it’s the main strategy for improving the lives of more women, children, and families around the world.
“You have inspired an army of scale-up advocates and practitioners globally and the impact of your work – and the army you inspired – made and will continue making a difference in the lives of millions.”
– Dr. Murtala Mai, previously Vice President,
Pathfinder International
WHO WE ARE
Since 2005, Partners has served as the coordinating hub for ExpandNet’s work globally. Partners’ staff and consultants work alongside local implementers as advisors and mentors across Africa, Asia, and Latin America to expand what works to advance universal health and sustainable development.
Guided by a Board of Directors and in close collaboration with ExpandNet’s Secretariat, Advisory Council, and Affiliate Organizations, we are contributing to a global shift to make scale-up the norm.
WHAT WE DO
We’re helping shift donor and government investment towards more sustainable, scalable solutions that fit local systems and address community needs. By strengthening how governments and organizations plan for and manage scale-up, Partners is helping ensure that proven interventions are embedded in national policies, programs, and budgets so they become part of everyday practice.
“Words may not be enough to summarize the impact that you have made to the field of public health in particular.”
– Syed Sharjeel Ul Hasan, The Citizens
Foundation, Karachi, Pakistan
